Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Flexibility
Individual or group sessions usually take place at CitySport, the sports and fitness centre of City University London. Sessions can also be delivered at home or scheduled on the weekends, if required.

No hidden fees or tie-in contracts are applied; only a minimum trial period of three months is required.

I decided to start personal training with Itamar in April (4 months ago), as I had trained with him previously in another gym some years ago and found it a very positive experience. Itamar is very professional and calm, and gives advice and instruction not just on what is done in the gym, but on other aspects which also impact fitness – particularly nutrition. As a trained chef, he is well qualified to advise on how to eat both healthily AND (importantly) enjoyably.
He understands that people aren’t machines and they like to enjoy food! In the gym, Itamar takes care to ensure that workouts are varied and not routine, and if you have an area of weakness or an injury, he knows how to work around that to ensure a training programme that is still beneficial and rewarding. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options or design your own, whether it is a personal goal, or to get fit fast for a wedding, your next holiday or just because you want to look and feel great.
I also offer online personal training- It's a great way to achieve results still, if you feel like training on your own time at home or on your holidays, I can offer you online coaching programs .
I will offer all my services for you through an online portal where we can follow your progress and also keep programs interesting & fun. We will keep track of your results and take before and after pictures, all to motivate yourself with Smart goal settings .
You will always be able to communicate with me over the portal and I will provide demos videos on all exercises so you are not left on your own.
