“I started training with Itamar a year ago. I signed up as I was staring down the barrel of ski season and a tough week of skiing with the guys and needed a crash course of fitness and strength training.
Itamar created a focused plan with my ski goals in mind. He pushed when I needed to push, but much of the initial work was basic strength foundation work on the weak links. Thanks to consistent effort and his coaching and programming I was very well prepared for skiing. This isn’t internet coaching/programming. Itamar will adjust our sessions based on my energy level, health issues or night-before exuberant socialising.
Now post-skiing, we are working on broader fitness goals. Much of goal attainment is in the gym, but a good portion is outside of the gym in diet. Itamar is keen to help with this side of the equation as well.
