I also offer online personal training- It's a great way to achieve results still, if you feel like training on your own time at home or on your holidays, I can offer you online coaching programs .

I will offer all my services for you through an online portal where we can follow your progress and also keep programs interesting & fun. We will keep track of your results and take before and after pictures, all to motivate yourself with Smart goal settings .

 

You will always be able to communicate with me over the portal and I will provide demos videos on all exercises so you are not left on your own.

NUTRITION

FUEL YOUR BODY

Qualified in 'Body Type Nutrition' I place as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as i do on personal training. It's important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet.

You will also be asked to complete a food diary for a week, is analysed to create a personalised client report. I  will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results. From there, i will address your strengths and weaknesses and create a new day-today diet plan.
