I decided to start personal training with Itamar in April (4 months ago), as I had trained with him previously in another gym some years ago and found it a very positive experience. Itamar is very professional and calm, and gives advice and instruction not just on what is done in the gym, but on other aspects which also impact fitness – particularly nutrition. As a trained chef, he is well qualified to advise on how to eat both healthily AND (importantly) enjoyably.
He understands that people aren’t machines and they like to enjoy food! In the gym, Itamar takes care to ensure that workouts are varied and not routine, and if you have an area of weakness or an injury, he knows how to work around that to ensure a training programme that is still beneficial and rewarding. I have been happy with my results, having seen body fat drop significantly while training with Itamar and an improvement in strength. I would highly recommend him
